What is HydraTherm Tech?

Why not just use electrolytes?

Electrolytes are the foundation—especially sodium. But hydration isn’t only what you drink; it’s what your body can absorb and use, especially under stress. K3 is designed to support that full pathway.

What does the amino-osmolyte layer do?

It’s designed around physiology where sodium and water uptake can be enhanced by co-transport substrates such as amino acids (an alternative rehydration mechanism to sugar), plus osmolyte biology tied to cellular water handling. We keep the exact composition proprietary.

Why include a postbiotic in a hydration product?

Because hard training—especially in heat—can challenge gut barrier integrity. When the gut is stressed, hydration can become less predictable. The postbiotic layer is included to support absorption readiness as part of the system. .

Do you disclose what’s in HydraTherm Tech?

We disclose what matters for athletes: the outcome-driven design and the “numbers that matter” (e.g., sodium/potassium per 500 ml). We don’t publish the full HydraTherm composition because it’s proprietary.

How do I choose between Loaded, Reset, and Steady?

Loaded: pre-workout—strongest “hold” feel for hard sweat days.

Reset: recovery—replace + re-balance (highest potassium).

Steady: rest day/everyday—lightest profile for repeatable daily baseline.

When do I take K3?

We recommend taking Loaded 60-90 mins before and during your sessions to replenish electrolytes lost in sweat. Reset should be taken 60 minutes post-workout. Steady is a daily system that can be used in between sessions or on rest days to maintain a strong electrolyte balance and gut integrity.
